We are delighted to announce that we received funding from the Erasmus+ programme to host three young circus artists for the coming 2016/17 term. Moni is joining us from Organizatic EIVA in Romania, Marie from Ecole de Cirque de Bruxelles in Belgium and Julian from Le Plus Petite Cirque du Monde in France for 11-month European Volunteer Service project.

We are really looking forward to working them while sad to say goodbye to Baja and Becca, our fabulous EVS volunteers who have been a huge part of our team for the past year.

Our new EVS tutors are looking forward to sharing their skills through tutoring our Youth Circus, Family Circus and aerial classes. Julien specialises in handstands, tightwire and juggling; Moni in clubs, contact juggling and acrobatics; and Marie in diabolo and acrobatics and Nico in unicycle and in acrobatics as a base. They are looking forward to learning how a community circus works and engaging in work with those living with a disability and their families.

We hope they get the most out of their time here in Galway!
